求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet公仔箱論壇* V0 h2 P5 I* g
but i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbs5 O) z5 F  M) d3 u
could anyone please tell me how to do it!
