求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet公仔箱論壇4 H! _* x5 i3 F, J* V- @! D& p
but i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbs
& E8 \; k5 x/ zcould anyone please tell me how to do it! * z! [2 ]- c* l. r7 P
