求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet! T: J: ~* f% S6 U  u% h8 `4 i
but i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbs5.39.217.77! g5 {9 O3 |. ^- L, O. m5 G8 J
could anyone please tell me how to do it!
