求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet
) W5 Y* x  K# {: j# V$ E1 u) `5.39.217.77but i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbs  f- L5 k/ d4 h( d' i# b
could anyone please tell me how to do it! tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb$ a( H: R$ T) T
