求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet
; q; a+ K4 j5 T7 JTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。but i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbs5.39.217.770 J5 D5 Q# _( b# U- Z( V  x
could anyone please tell me how to do it!

Port隨便填，避開一些常用的Port，選20000以上吧～公仔箱論壇( A- g( Y- F, Z1 h9 U: n! [& |
LanServer 是你電腦的IP，使用Start>Run>ipconfig，會看到～

本地就是自己去尋找別人來連接～～tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* c5 A; H2 g, p4 N/ I$ N; J/ i
遠程就是別人找到自己～～
