I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。4 {+ Q0 T3 }: x- u" k

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].5.39.217.770 F& X t# m7 P4 S/ J7 e
- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.
