Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version

I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?公仔箱論壇4 m  K# X6 r  {1 d

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3 c% K# U: L8 c8 i: _
- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 B0 _0 s5 a3 p9 x. L
- Line completly clear.

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
