Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version

I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.5.39.217.77' G" U1 {: d; @3 D3 S& s; P- Q
- Line completly clear.- U" o+ B( c" u

And pls dont comment my MAX DL and UL speed ... Thanks a lot ^^

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
