Question for 百利甜酒芝士蛋糕 - I normally use 魚膠片 instead of 魚膠粉. However, but for this one, as long as put in the melted gelatin in smooth mixture, it becomes 粒粒 and not smooth anymore. And after freeze overnight, it never (凝固) holds strong enough. Any comments? |
