other than detergent, i will recommend baking soda to clean oily cookware. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, b* A( E: g6 f: t( ^* F, N5 d( f
because baking soda is more environmental friendly, even though you don't rinse your cookware throughly, it is still safe for your health
