In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt download公仔箱論壇. M! s, K0 f; p2 ?* j) e6 f, B7 n
Vienna, Austria got 200+公仔箱論壇  g% v% Y+ r9 r+ }- r! K0 A7 D% P
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- v9 W' G+ O5 h2 g0 T. X) C
KL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+

waliao, hong kong so fast....try 2 get harddisk wif bigger buffer size. This can reduce the writting and reading on hdd.
