+ u0 ?2 {& n8 P' \! _5.39.217.77:8898I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].
- S& o2 m1 W( [- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.. g' {1 _9 u  s3 i, d$ d
- Line completly clear.

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
