-computer ram if can upgraded as many as u can.1gb above is better  1 L( ]8 C7 o  k0 ]' ?
-upload set to 1 and download change to 2048

-sometime also depend on the seed.if seed strong of cos can go high speed.if u download old movie bcos no many ppl sharing the seed so it become slow.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; F* u9 v/ p( A- t
-this just my experience in thunder. useful for me but dont know can work or not.hopefully can help u all.
