I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).

I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?公仔箱論壇6 a6 m) {3 l+ D" k. z$ l

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" t' T% y  p' L$ @1 h- n% v
- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.( B5 l! n3 T  s& h2 h
- Line completly clear.

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .

You can try to patch your Half Open port to more higher value. It is a system optimization function included in the thunder.
