[Windows] 连上了network，可是上不了网，请问如何解决？

请教一下，如果我用手提电脑，用wireless连上了，IP也set了，已经是连上了network，可是上不了网呢？

me 2 the pc can use bitcomet dl things but cant open web cant signin msn got people help me?

可能网络问题, 请再检查所有网络设置再重新连接!

Maybe bitcomet take all the bandwidth of your internet connection, try to restart your PC and reconnect again.

might be the DNS problem.
