[健康資訊] The Rules of Living Healthier!!!!

Below are the rules that one must follow in order for them to live healthier:1st = Drink at least five 8-ounce glasses of water a day.

3rd = Take a magnesium supplement for magnesium at least 250mg. In the multivitamin, the mg of magnesium doesnt enough for an adult. So, besides taking multi, magnesium pill should also be taken.) |4 c. D3 P. J* i2 t7 K6 `+ l
4th = Burn a least 1,100 calories a week.
