1 egg (beaten)1 tsp curry powder1 tbsp rice flour1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate1/2 tsp salt! R0 O5 R( z9 Z; z3 ~1 i

1. Rinse the spare ribs, cut into 2 inches length pieces and season with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.) K( P y4 _0 d$ }2 [0 m# E9 k
2. Heat up oil to deep-fry the marinated spare ribs until golden brown. Dish up and drain well. Keep aside.
I+ X5 P d+ L1 x5 T4 u) t0 S( z3. Heat up 4 tbsp oil to saute chopped red chillies, bird's eyechillies, garlic over low heat till fragrant. Add in seasoning mixture,stir-fry until well combined. Pour in 200ml water, add in prefriedribs, onion and spring onion sectionals, stir-fry for a while. Removefrom heat. Serve hot.
