Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

) O  L3 t8 s0 w' {" u/ ]TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
& q7 x# M; [2 @( q5.39.217.77:8898It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!

7 @4 ?! ~% [$ g/ ~. B公仔箱論壇2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software公仔箱論壇# S% a4 T4 m$ |3 i$ z: s" g
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
