Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: E5 ]* h+ H. p
Anyone have suggestion?????

Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
( q- ]4 b. d& ]' v  `2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software公仔箱論壇! q) G% E+ [5 J
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point5.39.217.77:8898/ e- {# m  w8 }$ g6 I4 p" J! W3 D
4.) Wipe computer
