BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。" [8 j& g8 D8 H* U* l" o

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting

Bitcomet currently >10KB/sec , before wed it was 100-110KB/sec

& |+ C" n% Q4 p# GCurrently use xunlei, better than bitcomet, now i can get speed around 50-70KB/sec, better than nothing

0 f) w# m7 Z7 V1 dtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbif tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
