did you install the Overture 4.0
it shouldn't have problem with the sofeware , try to instal the program

and take a  look at shineboy09 's answer

i had downlaod and install the overtune 4.0
but still failed 2 open
and the warning is 'virus'...
i also dunno wht problem is there

if your computer has virus...then you should format and install the windows agains

or call someone to help to fix the problem  

because a lot of the files need overtune 4.0 to open the them
