Wow! Thanks for this extensive coverage on herbs; so informative.  I was about to post some of the herbs I have growing in my garden, and ask if some one may be able to tell me their Chinese names; but you seemed to have read my mind.
Herbs are easy to grow, look nice and add beautiful taste and fragrance to dishes.
I particularly like the thyme and dill; they are just incredibly jummy.
