Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?: D* q3 U1 X% \+ p# s1 f+ |- V
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use
: e$ u; B8 n6 acan get the best pitcure results?  Any person that can help me!!!!

Format wise DIVX is definitely much better. Can quite understand your second question. Surely more pixels will be good for viewing.
