Ingredients:2 Frozen duck breasts, 6 stalk Choi-sum (cooked) , 2 bowl Cooked rice, 2 cup Chicken broth, 1 cup Water.

$ t4 X0 L: g* Q, vSauce :6 cup Water, 1/2 cup Light soya sauce, 1/4 cup Dark soya sauce, 1/3 cup Rock sugar, 1pc Aged tangerine peel, 4 thick slice Ginger, 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine.
