i think is this is a BT file......TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。7 t8 r1 \% d$ ?8 E" A- q
and in the BT setting there u got put the add .bc! file extension for imcomplete file.....
so, it cant watch.....tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% K' Q5 M: N. @0 w! N' `! m

u go to uncheck the hide extension for knows file type, the delete the .bc, then try againts.....
u can go to my computer, upper there a tab, click the tools, folder option, view, and in the advance setting there u can see the the hide extension for knows file types......
