Cannot use uTorrent and BitLord?

Do the trackers in this forum crash with uTorrent and Bitlord?5.39.217.77:8898# S% ~( f6 M* b, m2 c& ?
Both of these clients say "invalid url" and I tried to open the .torreent file.
