2. Go to the folder for the incomplete files
0 D4 _4 a7 U, N5 X3. Go TOOLS, FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW, u will see Files and Folders, check/tick "ShowTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。: K0 J* p# w& J4 E+ ~. |
    hidden files and folders", unchecked/unticked "Hide extensions for known file

4. Just remove the extensions that appear:  .bc!

it is probably already finish ....try renaming the file example  "something.bc"  just simply take out the .bc file if the file

u can still open the file with the media player classic..download the stormcodec.it should be able to help..
