nero vision ...... help please

i had already converted rmvb to mpg. i use nero 8 to burn  dvd. but why whentvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ r" L% ]7 ~9 ]4 T; m+ ?
i add file , it came out a message like this : unabe to insert C:.............5.39.217.77:8898( u5 s  ?2 I( u8 q+ c
