i think is this is a BT file......
and in the BT setting there u got put the add .bc! file extension for imcomplete file.....5.39.217.77:8898% B+ m. a& W4 P
so, it cant watch.....TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。. m, W6 L/ D3 y {

u go to uncheck the hide extension for knows file type, the delete the .bc, then try againts.....
u can go to my computer, upper there a tab, click the tools, folder option, view, and in the advance setting there u can see the the hide extension for knows file types......
