question about rmvb to DVD

but how come when i watch it....the show is lag ga公仔箱論壇! n+ x1 t4 g8 l, T6 o( L/ h/ R
) ` t& _- J& Ei think because of the frame rate! b! O `. W* k
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( H! |5 o: S! f
so how can i increase the frame rate
