BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。0 m  K5 Q( z5 m* Z
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?4 k, W- V$ M' D/ ~9 A+ o

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
$ q3 b+ G2 R! \# }8 p, s% }1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.& ~) t( A) b' p9 z8 F
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 g) Z( S7 W, W6 a% t
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
( ^! @) E5 q. }4) The version , you have is not good.
$ \  ^* \) T9 [4 J( y$ bUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
