BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，9 S& m& v2 w2 K8 w) ^& K" y
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。8 ~7 P( y- J5 U3 {5 g; N/ Q
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
9 _7 B0 a7 i2 q( i5 _2) not many people are down loading the same topic.. ^$ B8 a% [$ T3 i5 I: X
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

& G$ C8 }$ ^4 m: G! C( mUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
" J& x) X* y1 ?0 n& t9 ^) R8 QI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
