BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
2 U1 W" h4 R0 q. G+ Y  F+ W公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
% H) K3 M, g  q0 b4 s- ^2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
$ n1 s+ `) ]- aTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

4 x: ?% Q" {$ BUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
1 n9 K& P3 U  p& Q! C2 |5.39.217.77:8898I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
