BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇$ N% u+ v: h4 q$ Q. S: X$ f

我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.公仔箱論壇/ s4 W5 n/ T7 _1 s

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
% H% I+ g; ]( otvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.5.39.217.77:8898% U( K5 }; r7 F
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.3 ?6 p" c- `. C. T# B
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' a- U: M/ U5 c$ ]9 X
4) The version , you have is not good.
1 F* \" Y0 C" H/ r: D- aUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
