Bitcomet Setting 0.84

Connection: 5.39.217.77:88981 a# V* s# }: d
-->Global Max upload speed:( Go to www.speedtest.net to test your upload speed and use only 80% of it. Remenber to change the kbps to kb/s)
" O8 k- K7 L3 Y-->Max simultaneous download tasks number put it at 2 unless your download speed is very fast then u increase it.
% _: f( `5 A5 J% ?9 T3 V  v5.39.217.77:8898-->Now choose listen port between 49152 and 65534.

I use XP SP2, so in connection "Maximun simultaneous half open TCP connection",公仔箱論壇! \  V3 {; W7 w4 x* h6 [/ ?
I should change to 10 or 500? I  change my Window Xp sp2 TCP to 10 already?
6 H* c7 y, P5 H6 b公仔箱論壇Also the number of the listen port you show I don't have that kind of number, I have the small amount number like 7074, 7155, 7970, 8101, 17113, 18143.......the highest number I have is 27756.5.39.217.77:8898! \3 y8 K4 p- _1 e
I think maybe I live in New York, that's why the listen port number is different.公仔箱論壇( A4 H: q: ^& P/ W$ ?

10 is sp2 default setting. u should change to 500 or minimun 100 using the file i upload. 5.39.217.77:8898  j1 q: I, M+ A+ r
as for the listen port 49152 and 65534 is recomend by bitcomet. u just change it and then forward the port if u are behind router.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。$ n+ W' j; A$ f  @

I have the other question, everytime I change my setting and later on I restart my computer, all my setting is gone to be default. How can I fix it ?
