有時下載的大陸軟件，當安裝好開出來用的時候，發覺果個軟件全是亂碼，簡體字還可以看得懂，亂碼字就真是不知它說什麼啦？
曾下載過Windows Apploc防亂碼軟件，但下載回來後是開不到的，依然故我，它顯示出字句是這樣的：
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run.
Contact your support personel or package vendor.
The installer was interrupted before Microsoft Applocate. Could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again.
Click " Close " to exit.
