01. Bring to boil half a wok of water and add in salt, sugar and oilfrom Ingredients A. Dip the broccoli into the boiling water until it iscooked. Drain and set aside.1 Z' M- b8 ?& s! K! w

Thicken with potato blended withwater, stir the mixture rapidly. Remove the vegetarian crispy chicken,glutens and place them on a serving plate. Set aside the thickenedgravy.
