BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...5.39.217.77:8898  l$ W( N! E- N4 O' E7 k# d0 ?
also speed limit, it has to set to 10 at least.. ~!!!+ H* C2 A" c! z

0.98用得很好，不考虑升级

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒5.39.217.77:8898( T% w6 T5 }8 S% k+ J8 s/ Q
特别是拿来做种。。。。。
