为什么我的电脑重装没声音~被商家重装，之后就没声音了~装声卡的碟子卡在loading中不能行，哪里可以下载适合自己电脑的声卡呢？我怎么看自己电脑的资料？声卡资料？急

first, check you computer manufacturer,
then, download the latest AUDIO DRIVER UPDATE.

if you are using vista, try to run windows update to get a latest driver update.

if realy can't to work, try to uninstall the driver first,
then install again...(from your cd)
