Rmvb convert to dvd

Anyone help???I have already convert alot of rmvb drama,this is the first time I have a problem.
8 v# e6 o5 O# L5 V5.39.217.77:8898The file that i want to convert always stop at 20%.I have try Allok and winavi already but i got the same result!!!tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 Q& r& F9 Z% a5 l4 F
