Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.
1 |$ V( w4 D6 L8 a8 Ztvb now,tvbnow,bttvbAnyone have suggestion?????

9 G5 \( y+ S( e1 M9 l$ y2 Ytvb now,tvbnow,bttvbSomeone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
4 `. U$ f! Y# A# p: s- x6 A8 ?2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software

4.) Wipe computer
