Home Style Braised Chicken Wings
Ingredients
8 chicken wings
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
1 cup water
Oil for frying
1. Marinate the chicken wings with soya sauce, dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt and pepper for an hour or longer.
2. Heat some oil in a wok and add the chicken wings, marinade and water to it. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the chicken wings are cooked. |
