要怎样解决呢？

check your power supply. if too hot, it will shutdown your computer wont restart.

檢查一下ram，ram故障也會restart

first, clean all dust in ur case.
check if all fans are working.

If that still doesn't work, u hv find out what causes it.  unplug everything inside and leave only video card, 1 ram and 1 boot hd.  If everything works fine, put back 1 thing at a time.
The problem can also caused my power supply.

你看看你的processor风扇是否有走，还是坏了。。通常都是processor过了才会这样的。。如果是desktop试下拔了你的restart button接去电板的那个线。有时是哪个button坏了也是会这样，但是toshiba肯定是notebook，通常都是风扇坏了
