Traditional way of making noodle is impossible in Toronto.5 f! Q& D' i0 R1 w
雲吞 is easy, only shrimp and porks.. X4 y4 F6 W) S1 L4 P
Broth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.
