BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.6 _, E! G2 H& ?, ^# m
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 z' P% I; u% O$ U. }4 l# g
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
7 w. r8 ~" H; W3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.5.39.217.77:88988 T6 [+ O& i  O
4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ D5 {. h% N0 ~+ r" M
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

9 p/ X7 R" m' N  ^& kTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
