BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.( J/ f# ]0 @: e9 a+ e' |
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
* f% b# s; K6 A4 w+ YI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
/ O8 _1 V1 R8 t2 d2 ltvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ t8 ?7 A4 D; X- ?$ K
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
