BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) t+ d7 P5 }& i6 O) ~5 D
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。1 a+ H  O7 u) y$ `' ~

1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.9 M7 `4 h7 f: s" y2 @9 w
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

4) The version , you have is not good.
# W" a- s) z( H, ~0 l5 jUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
1 f% d' d/ {# bI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 2 K! ^# L% s" {  Y

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
