BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.77:88986 O% }) i( l2 s# V- n

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
" r# n6 x/ d2 D3 v! F6 _1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.( ~# K- H, j- |% {) x8 e4 q: f
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇' l' X- S3 L! w, {" q  X& ]
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

9 W. t/ e# j. Z- o( LTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
