BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，2 |7 f  Y  q" B* ?& G6 U# _
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.! _" [7 _5 h8 c5 l% ~. L$ ]
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth., J# d9 O: e4 D+ G* U
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇2 q4 n3 b' E0 ?5 E; r, O
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got./ k( W' {0 S& P: B9 a5 q4 U
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" {6 W( n/ o& n) P% i
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
) v8 _; O0 }7 Gtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

! H- ?# P/ ~' v* h7 G0 |- O2 JTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
