BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 q7 Q- g/ }) K: O4 |" f" d
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?+ S* {) O7 u9 M5 m0 w% e
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb5 J- a$ o6 e7 v+ z# t  y; Y& `
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。. C5 D. W* u6 J9 K3 U

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
, I7 Q, \3 u8 h% f' O" o0 U; x: vI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5.39.217.77:8898: v  }; t1 |5 V& s0 w; k0 c- B

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
