事前揚言大打進攻足球的格蘭特首度領軍，排出三名防守中場的陣式，全場只有四次攻門。相對曼聯的 19 次攻門，車路士以 0-2 落敗並跌至英超榜第六名。不知與艾巴莫域同坐而盛傳是下任領隊人選的荷蘭國家隊教練雲巴士頓是否已準備好加盟史丹福橋？

　　開賽初段車路士球員十分落力，但除了左路的馬路達和艾殊利‧高爾的兩次撞牆，以及舒夫真高一次左路遠射較漂亮外，中前場顯得雜亂無章。後防的混亂情況更甚。僅 2 分鐘，賓‧希姆未能看管朗尼，被朗尼在禁區頂射出一記漂亮曲墜球。若非施治飛身撲出車路士已火速落後。曼聯左閘艾夫拿亦無人看管的從左路推入禁區，祖‧高爾從後攔截，從慢鏡可見應判處十二碼但球證網開一面。

　　但車路士的運氣只維持至 31 分鐘。因曾答應轉會曼聯卻變節轉投車路士而被主場球迷以噓聲招呼的米基爾雙腳飛鏟艾夫拿，球證直接出示紅牌。車路士少打一人。結果到了補時階段藍軍難逃落後的命運。舒夫真高未能緊逼右路的傑斯，讓這名曼聯名將傳中，被近柱完全無人看管的迪維斯近門一頂入網。泰利等防守球員完全不知所踪。

下半場格蘭特並未如摩連奴般作出調動，但仍欠表現的舒夫真高最終也於 59 分鐘被卡羅入替。及後胡禮‧菲臘斯亦入替馬路達，而比沙路則入替祖‧高爾，但整個陣式全無改變，因此上半場只有兩次射門的情況在少打一人的情況下也全無起色。下半場僅於 75 及 85 分鐘由艾辛和比沙路各作出一次禁區外不中目標的射門。

　　最後在 88 分鐘後備入替的沙夏在禁區被賓‧希姆勾跌。雖有插水之嫌但球證仍判處十二碼，由沙夏射入。不過以整場的表現來說，這球只是錦上添花，因車路士根本連組織較像樣攻勢的能力也沒有。結果摩連奴與曼聯交戰 11 次僅敗一場；格蘭特要在往後 10 次對碰均不敗才可——若他仍未被炒的話。

1) Should Mikel being Sent-off??
    As far as from the View of the Professionals Footballer's, the challange between Mikel and Evra could considered as 50-50
    chances, and therefore, in the Even if the Referee was not quite sure in this 50-50 even, The Referee's should have make
    the conculsion based on the Following decision:--
-- To check with the Assistance Referee's where he may got better "view" on the above incident.
-- To Warned both the Players without showing any Card.
-- To give Warning "Yellow Card" towards the Fault Player.

Therefore, most of the Third Parties (Professional's) could not understand the Referee Decisions!!!

2) Should Wayne Rooney being show the Second's Yellow Card??
    To all the Proffesional's point of View, A clear Fault being done by Wayne towards Ashley (after Wayne received the First Yellow
     Card). The Question is that The Referee has been stand at the "Most Clearer Position" to witness the whole inccident.
     Therefore, all professional's all around the World's could not understand why the Referee didn't show the Second Yellow Card.
     As a conclusion, The group of Profeesional's feel the Referee may highly Influence by the "Home Fans" and looking like Worried
     to sent the Home Team Key Player Out-of-the-match..

3) Should MU Being awarded the Penalty Kick??
    As far as in the View of the Professional's, Ben Naim has been SLIGHTLY touch-on Louis Saha and Saha been "Acting" to "Fall
    Down - Dramatically" and WITHOUT ANY DELAY, The Referee quickly pointing on the Spot. The could be the Very Harsh
    Decision as all the Whole World being witness by this "Fault".

As a conclusion, The group of Professional's strong believe that the Referee has been "SPOIL" the game and where the Standard of the both "Teams" supposed to be very very closed.. But after the Sending-off, the Referee has really Changing the game!!

Out of the above inccident, I would have ADVICE our TVBNOW Football Members by not just looking on the "Match Result" and without listening, think and analysis on what is HAPPEN on the Pitch!! If we wish to improve in this Field, we should have always listening to the Point-Of-View from the Football Professional's.............

Lose is lose, don't blame refree or "actor". If Chelsea can score earlier or score more than Man Utd, then the "Professional Football Commentators" will not magnified to this issues. It same as what I told my friend and also some Liverpool supporters don't blame on refree when Malouda award a penalty on Chelsea-Liverpool match; If Riise or Torres can score more in that match, then nobody will blame the refree or Malouda.
When you lag by 1 goal, manager must try to change tactic instead of use the same formation. Second, if less one player, they must play long ball, counter attack and counter offsite trap. Third, if a lot of attcking player injured, then try to play defensive with counter attack especially away match with team like Man Utd, this is soccer.
Overall, bad formation, bad tactic, manager suck!

Kindly be informed that my Earlier Statement was solely based on the Comments composed by the Professional's Footballer's. To the above statement, they are just given based on their point of view and football analysis immediately after the game (officially).

Further to this, someone may not been  so agreed with the above statement. But please be advice that "Always Listening to What other's said" could have significantly improve our knowledge and many others different aspect.

Consequently, while your are watching the game by Supporting certain team, you may not learn as much as others. Always stand as a third party's position and then you could understand your Weakness.. and yours Team Weakness..
