I tried many times in downloading this file but in vain. Every time it stopped at 99.8% leaving 4 Mb unable to be incomplete. As the missing part is at the beginning, the video file can't be open even though it's 99.8% is done.  I appreciate it very much if you could fix this problem by placing a seed so that I can finish loading the file.
