Microsoft Access 2003 Increments without Autonumber?

all the administrator properties on locked into my guest profile but when i tried to change the account type it does not allow me. When i tried to create a new administrator profile it tells me i can't contain /\[];: etc. Well nothing that i have placed in the new account name allows me to create it. I tried to remove my guest profile but that also didn't work. How would i reset everything?
