[問題] 外国留学？本地求学？

本人是马来西亚人。
明年就要上大学了。有意想到日本留学，但又对那边的环境不太熟悉。
留在本地就读大学，教学程度又不是很理想。
各位大大能否给点意见？

study foreign is a nice experience, if you can afford it, I think it's good to give a go. Don't go somewhere without new people, new life, otherwise, you waste money.
