I went to Guangzhou, Shanghai, Hong Kong last year. In terms of daily technological convenience, these cities are a few years ahead of the States for sure.

Also, even some laws, such as prohibition of texting while driving, are considered to be sensible across the board, a lot of states in the U.S. are still not adopting.

For what reasons why US need a transportation system like China?
US has the great transportation system, not on land but in air!
China needs to move their huge population from place to place.
Supreme train system is necessary.
Wow,wow ,wow.... Chinese got the best high-speed train? Do they really safe? Everybody has just forgotten the accident happened a year ago.
What's more? I prefer Japanese train.
