雲吞 is easy, only shrimp and porks.& p8 |1 I; C$ a( g
Broth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.( z* i( b6 f/ \) T' U
Average price here for a bowl of 雲吞麵 is C$4-5
