office politics r not any different from human relations or social interactions....consider it as part of u job, n blending in, n accept it as an art of communications sooner will make u a happier n approachable colleague. Accepting n working on it is perhaps more helpful then gloating over dissatisfaction. good luck...maturity grows with experience n the seasons of time hahaha!
