everyday the person being picked is randomly generated, that means for a person to have 99.99% chance of being picked that takes over 600 days4 r7 |7 A' Y7 K: ]% h
lets just assume only 2 person in the entire group is the unlucky one, and that would case over 4 years of time just to get everybody out in the yard once2 [0 H' t- ]7 `$ @. o
any solution proposed would be statistically impossible.
