As far as I know. Both Iraq and New Orleans are still in big mess. Even after so many years. No so good for the richest country in the world. Every country can do it if they leave both places in big mess. Over 80% of New Orleans is still under the same condition after the hurrican two and half year ago. Highest murder rate in U.S.
