[中式食譜] 陳皮汁鴨胸湯飯[1P]

1. 陳皮滷汁材料放大鍋內熬20分鐘; Bring tangerine peel sauce to a boil and simmer for 20 mins;tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# t! I1 l: V# d2 @$ f* g/ W

2. 鴨胸洗淨,放滷汁內蓋好,以中慢火炆透(約30分鐘),取出切件; Rinse and wipe dry duck breast, add to sauce, cover and simmer until tender (approx 30 mins). Remove and cut into slices;

3. 清雞湯與水及適量陳皮滷汁煮滾; Bring chicken broth and water to a boil together with enough tangerine peel sauce to taste;
