At the Start menu find Run, single click. Press Open and input “gpedit.msc”, click OK

In the dialog box, click Computer Configuration, click Administrative Templates and below Network, then click Qos Packet Scheduler.
在“限制保留帶寬”上連按兩下滑鼠左鍵。將“帶寬限定”調整為“0”。
At the Limit Reservable Bandwidth double click it, change the limit to “0”
按下“確定”，Then click Apply |
